Roles and Responsibilities:

Daily level KPI optimization for GSM & LTE for any OEM/s
Fetching of KPI reports from OSS
Post processing of this data in Acceptance Test format
Knowledge of Soft optimization including counters and parameters
Knowledge of Physical optimization
Execution of Golden Parameters list, Baseline parameters and its audit
